Southport Fuel Injection has been specializing in the servicing and fault diagnostic work with petrol fuel injection for the automotive industry and the public for some 25 years. Proprietor and a member of the Institute of Automotive Engineers Robin Day was repairing automotive fuel injection systems on European vehicles long before Australian and Japanese vehicles even had fuel injection systems. These days Robin is one of a handful of automotive technicians that can competently fault diagnose and service the Bosch K and KE-Jetronic fuel injection systems. In fact Southport Fuel Injection is one of only three or so businesses in Australia able to offer a complete rebuild and test facility for Bosch K and KE-Jetronic components including Fuel Distributors, Warm Up Regulators and Air Flow Meters.
